The Secluded, yet Thriving Island of Caucasia
Caesar Questions

These are the answers to a sheet of questions about the characters in Julius Caesar. I don't have the actual sheet of questions anymore, but you can probably tell what the question was by reading the answer.

1. I would say that Cassius is the least honorable; he wants to kill Caesar. Brutus is next in line. I think he's a little more humane than Cassius, but he seems easily persuaded and willing to do things for approval. Caesar, we don't know much about his personality at this point. He seems the least dishonorable, yet he's a strong ruler.

2. Honor, to me, is to put others before yourself, always. Everyone's basic rights should be respected, even when they're not around. I don't think it's the same for a good portion of Americans. Many Americans believe the death penalty is just and that not only inevitable, but it is necessary. In my opinion, killing is never an honorable thing, no matter who it is. If it is a murderer you're executing, you are only taking yourself down to their primitive level. You punish their crime by committing their crime.
